Best Move I Could Have Made!

I have always been reluctant to hire an IT company fearing the costs would be exorbitant, especially for my size of business, and always relied on the “canned” programs for virus protection but was always wondering if what I purchased would be sufficient protection. Another frustration has always been, when encountering a problem, not knowing which provider (Microsoft Office, ISP, or hardware issue) to contact for support.
